Q: Will there be Will Call pick up for tickets?
A: Yes. If you purchase tickets online within one week of the concert, they will be available on the day of the concert at the Will-Call location located at the RR Donnelly parking lot. For directions to the RR Donnelly parking lot, and other parking available on concert day, please Click Here for “Parking at Concert” under the Information tab.
Q: I will be bringing a young child/baby. Will I need to purchase a ticket for them?
A: Regardless of age, all attendees will require a ticket for admission to the concert. This includes babes-in-arms. Remember this is a fundraiser for our military, families and veterans with limited attendance so, we unfortunately can’t offer discounts for children or senior citizens.
Q: Is there a military discount?
A: No. We opted to keep our ticket price low and affordable for all attending.
Q: What about parking?
A: A very limited amount of parking will be available at Cantigny Park for a charge of $10. Please note that Cantigny parking passes cannot be used on the day of the concert. (RVs and other oversized vehicles may be subject to an additional parking charge) FREE offsite parking will be avaliable at the DuPage County complex and RR Donnelly Corporate parking lots with convenient, FREE shuttle service to and from the concert. We urge you to avoid the lines to get into the park and go directly to the off-site lots listed on this website. The shuttles will begin running at noon and will continue running until 30 minutes after the concert ends. Please note that wagons and large coolers cannot be loaded onto the shuttle busses, and no “drop-off” is allowed at Cantigny. Please note: There is no re-admittance.
